Total wants to exit the current network of fuel cards and create its own network (Fleet Fuel Card) in collaboration with Q8 and Texaco. Total would like to convince fleet managers as quick as possible of the benefits of this new generation network.

Situation

Total wants to exit the current network of fuel cards and create its own network (Fleet Fuel Card) in collaboration with Q8 and Texaco. Total would like to convince fleet managers as quick as possible of the benefits of this new generation network.

Solution

We developed a marketing system to convince fleet managers to change over to the new fuel network. We established two objectives to focus on. Our first objective was to shake up the main competitor NFC and the leasing companies with a communication approach that destabilises the image of the centred fleet fuel system. The second objective was to convince managers to contact their leasing company directly to request additional information about Total’s new Fleet Fuel Card.

Results

Our team created the video teaser above and has developed a website where users can find information about the new Fleet Fuel Card. A classic post mailing and 4 different digital emails were sent to the fleet managers which completed the marketing automation goal.
