We wouldn't coin ourselves "the listening agency" if our work didn't start by listening to - and thoroughly understanding - your business. Over the years we have accumulated what we believe is a reasonable understanding of key issues, drivers and players in a number of very different industries, from pharmaceuticals to institutional & governmental bodies.
The way we look at things will probably be different from you. Despite an increasing blur between the various roles one might play in today's organic, ever-changing society, we like to think addressing a group of shareholders might be different from, say, your personnel. Not that the messages would be different - which would be contrary to our quest for consistency - but tone of voice, media, might differ greatly.
